Our king room with a balcony was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was a step above most hotel breakfasts as it included an omelet bar. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Neat layout and courtyard was a nice feature. The ice bowl was dirty and the bathroom looked like it could have used a deeper clean. The pool was closed for maintenance which was disappointing because we chose this hotel specifically for the out door pool during summer.

No operational pool. Staff not helpful in finding alternate location they lied to me about the reasons for no pool.

The staff here go out of the way to help you and make you feel comfortable. And the hot breakfast with omelette bar is the best thing you could have

The toilet in the lobby didn't flush upon arrival. also the pool was unusable and green. During the night our toilet backed up and wouldn't flush
