Stayed here for a weekend getaway and had a great experience. The hotel was clean and beautifully managed, and the staff were excellent — friendly, professional, and easy to reach whenever we needed anything. Would definitely stay again!

We use this hotel when we visit family in Yakima. It feels safe and clean and is close to their home and convenient to several eateries and the airport. Our room was spacious with a kitchen area for fixing lunch or dinner if you wanted. Breakfast offers several choices. I choose the little egg patties. I also enjoy yogurt and fruit. The swimming pool is nice and the hot tub portion relaxing. That area is very clean with pool towels provided. Some of the trim in the bedroom area and the bathroom is looking a little shop worn from the last time we visited about a year ago. This did not affect our comfort but will need attention. Cannabis smells from the store across the street were strong.

Stayed for a baseball game. Loved the property.

This is my 2nd time of staying at this hotel. I’d highly recommend this hotel. Pool is very clean. My kids had a great pool time. Breakfast is standard. I wished there would be more healthy options but most hotels serve the similar breakfast items. The neighborhood is safe and the hotel has numerous restaurants to choose in walking distance. Staffs are friends.

Breakfast is always amazing! The location of the hotel is convenient: We used the pool and would highly recommend resurfacing the tiles to have some grips. Even with my kiddo walking she fell a few times. The pool could use a good cleaning as well as the showers in the room. Our room smelled like dog and we found some items left from previous guests.

It was clean, well maintained, great staff. I missed the lotion that is usually in the hotel rooms. There was also an incident that I didn’t appreciate from the staff. There were some kids playing hide and seek, they asked if they could hide in a specific area and the staff told them no. They respected that, and played somewhere else. Then the staff said maybe it wasn’t a good idea to play hide and seek, so the kids went back to their rooms and put on a movie. The staff member followed them and over heard some of the kids in their room saying unkind things. Not respectful of some of those kids but also the staff member didn’t need to be eavesdropping. After that, there were claims from that staff member that those kids were being too loud and people were complaining. Those kids were still in their room watching a movie. Some of the other kids from other schools were still up making a lot of noise, I know, I could hear them. But they’re kids and I knew it would be like that during that event. Anyway, the first group of kids involved in the unkind talk, were consistently targeted to the point that the coach was told they may not be allowed to return next year. He was rightfully upset.

Everything was very good,service was nice to and the property was very nice and clean.but one this that we did not really like was the AC was loud.but overall it was very nice.
