Nothing. The conditions were terrible. It is shameful for Marriott management to put their name on this hotel if you do not maintain it properly. This is not a hotel but a dirty place that charges high prices. Why do you take such money if you cannot even hire proper cleaners? Room cleaning, the hotel itself, dirt everywhere. Even the staff uniforms are dirty and unpresentable. How can such things be allowed? This is the face of your hotel, and it looks awful.

The property was average for a very expensive price. This is not a 5 star hotel as it claims. The breakfast was good. The room was poorly decorated and shabby bedding for a 5 star hotel this is unacceptable. The cost of this hotel does not reflect the service or overall value I received I will not stay at marrot in the future. I booked a hotel directly across from it for the same money that was far supirior in every way. I' was disappointed with the staff attitude and lack of respect. The room was stagnent and run down. This is not a good look for your brand by any means. I travel all over the world and stay in many high end hotels this was truly a disappointment.

Actually i was shocked, its rate as a 5 star hotel and it was very bad experience and unfortunately the booking was non-refundable. Dirty rooms, dust everywhere, sheets are dirty and the cleaner doesn’t really care, floor is always dusty and not cleaned, no room essentials such as tissues at least. Really slow service that we have to always remind them. Confusing layout will take time to remember where your room is must go to 3 or 4 different elevators and sections. Old architecture, elevators lags a lot and slow, at night the hotel is dark. The service is 0.5 out of 10. Me and my sister had to take our luggage at checkout because they are really slow and always late. Horrible experience, really bad. Every thing I was very disappointed.

Turkish Cuisine's diversity is stunning, and the hotel owns it :) The facilities are quite nice and clean; there are more than enough attractions for kids.

It was a nice getaway with my spouse, tranquility, and service made our day.

Short business trip became a luxury Holiday

the view and the view from my room were magnificent, the attention of the waiters; I would like to thank especially Mr. Serdar and Mr. Erdogan. Also, Mrs. Kubra, the sales manager, was incredible, I was very happy please thanks to her. When I first arrived at the hotel, I had problems due to the congestion, but the Sales Manager, Kubra, fixed everything.

It is wonderful how the hotel is built into the hillside so that there are many levels accessible by outdoor elevators (all inside the hotel grounds). On one level was the pool area with many places to relax and enjoy the view. My favorite was to go to the sea level area where there were cabanas by the little cove which was protected by a sea wall, and a little sandy beach with lounge chairs. I loved swimming in the Aegean Sea! There were a number of families with children and it was wonderful to see them enjoying themselves in the sea and in the pool with the water slide. Our room had a beautiful view but was situated in such a way that it felt private when we were sitting on the deck outside. The little breeze from the sea made it always feel the perfect temperature. It was very helpful to have a valet parking agent sitting in the little office at the entrance to the hotel at any time of day/night. It made us feel safe and it was always easy to get our car when we needed it. We were met by Bo when we arrived in our rental car the first evening, and he was very friendly and welcoming. It was so helpful that he could speak English and answer any questions we had. He was readily available whenever we needed him, and treated us with extra attention. We could tell that he really likes the hotel and was proud to welcome us there. The bell boys were so helpful and willing to help us in any way. One took me all the way to show me how to use the elevators to get down to the sea. I wish there had been an electric hot water kettle in the room so that we could make our own hot water when we wanted. I asked the receptionist to give us one but perhaps they didn't have any available. No one spoke English except Bo, but we all communicated pretty well using translator apps!

The property was stunning with the family room being quite spacious for 4 adults and one child. The meals were okay, lots of variety however, all of the same cuisine with little alternative options for children. Found there to be constantly low cutlery, mugs and glasses at breakfast which left you standing around wait for more to arrive. Unfortunately there weren’t a lot of workers who spoke English well which made communication difficult. The hotel is out of the way so going to look at shops or explore requires taxis

Seaside Food, bar and service

This was by far the worst experience. Completely avoid and if you want to book then you’ve booked at your own risk but expect the worst 5* experience. The staff have ruined the the hotel, they want to fight you when they disagree and when you argue to much, they kick you out - which is what happend to me and no consideration for my disabled family.

The rooms were extremely unclean. The floors were covered in dust and stickiness, and even after the housekeeping team cleaned, they remained dirty. I reported this to the front desk staff, but the issue persisted. I honestly didn’t feel comfortable walking barefoot in the room. Additionally, the front desk team had limited English proficiency, which made communication very challenging.

Natalie from the concierge was very helpful and supportive… as i asked her to arrange for restaurants bookings in addition to a boat trip and she helped us a lot and was very welcoming. The property facilities was very organized snd clean

Location No one speak English No iron in the room Very slow response from room service ( called for blankets 4 times) The staff in the kitchen touch the food with their bare hands! No gloves at all he basically grabbed my burger with his hands!
-
The location, the beach, the pools, room very spacious and comfortable, clean, balcony sea view was amazing, food was very good, staff very polite and helpful, reception staff was great. None
-
Good location Poorly maintained facilities Cleanliness is an issue Below average staff service Low quality food WiFi surprisingly doesn’t work in all rooms Almost all aspects are way below expectations It is unfortunate that it is categorized as a five star hotel because it is far from that
-
Location, the sea SMOKING ONLY hotel, no conditions for non-smoking guests anywhere outside. Lack of professional staff, using interns. NO ENGLISH. No animation
-
They charged me extra money for my stay. The hotel was not in good condition and clean.
-
The place is very nice ,the beach is very clean and they do multiple activities I don’t like that the place doesn’t have an AC in the halls and elevators which is very difficult in the summer
-
Beautiful Electricity kept going off and no one speaks English
