The staff were friendly I stayed at this hotel twice during my Bodrum vacation — on the first night and again on the last night. Unfortunately, on both occasions, I was assigned a basement-level room with no swimming pool view, despite the hotel having three swimming pools. This was disappointing, especially as it happened both times I stayed. The check-in process was also unnecessarily lengthy, requiring me to sign five pages of documents upon arrival. In addition, when I requested an electricity adapter, I was asked to pay a €10 deposit, which would only be refunded once the adapter was returned. While I understand the need for a deposit, it would have been appreciated if this basic convenience had been provided more guest-friendly. Overall, my experience was below expectations, particularly regarding the room allocation and check-in process.

Room is so great the view is amazing Reception “Mustafa” was helpful doing his best . The area so quiet Nothing near Room not checked before i checked in was some issues at the windows and WC No smart TV just local Chanel’s Breakfast no variety and some of the menu you have to pay extra even though the breakfast included No privacy at the balcony only Ordered tea the tea cup was broken / ordered room service meal the tray was broken Like they dont care about being professional

The Reasturant was good with great food. The view is amazing and the room was neat and tidy. The bedding needs to be replaced. The hotel is good but the location of it is very far from everything, therefore of you stay here, I would suggest that you have your own transport as transport was not easily available

There are several amenities available for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The sea view from the room was excellent. The staff, Mr. Jihad in particular, present at the reception was very helpful. During winters the SPA is not available. This can be made clear while booking the property. But I would not consider this as a negative remark.
