The staffs are very friendly and helpful, they always treat the customers with smile,they are excellent. The hose of the shower head can be used the more flexible kind instead of the one we used is very hard to control the angle of the shower head.

The staff provides first-class service, is courteous and caring, and resolves problems promptly. after check out every room have traditional youngzhou gifts. Digital control are great, bed is comfortable, bathroom is clean, and room is quiet. Breakfast has youngzhou local dishes.

Director Leo and his Manager Ida and all the staff (jessica, Christine, Kiki and many others) including the restaurant staff , bartender Yuenyuen and housekeeping staff and doormen all were helpful and kind to us . They exemplified the meaning of hospitality and service. They went beyond the call of duty by assisting us with finding last minute transportation to a nearby hospital. They helped us with finding a market for snacks at night and helped us with last minute food and first aid needs upon our departure . They always had water bottles for our use and the food was delicious! We cannot say enough nice things about our stay at Novotel . The rooms were beautiful and clean ( 4 executive king rooms city view ) and the beds wonderfully comfortable had two kinds of pillows which pleased all . Thank you everyone for making our stay so enjoyable and for all your hard work and thoughtful assistance especially with our elders who were in wheelchairs. We love you ALL and will definitely return! Love, Mimi and family I would have loved to be able to purchase snacks like salted nuts, potato chips, Lindt chocolate bars from the hotel ….

Service was excellent. The staff was accommodating. Small things like unlimited water was nice. There was a glitch regarding our breakfast. At first, they said it wasn’t included but someone else straightened it out the next day. Booking’s customer service was totally useless. I made an international call lasting 11 minutes with no answer. The email response 48 hours later was not responsive.

This is a terrific hotel! From the staff to the cloud-like beds, it was a luxurious experience. Breakfast was included and it was exceptional food. I dined one night for dinner there and was extremely satisfied by the dishes. At the end of my stay, the staff members had impeccable integrity and told me I had overpaid, which resulted in them refunding my money. It was given to me in cash. I appreciate their honesty and ensuring I got my refund prior to me leaving. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially with the language barrier. The house keeping staff all said hello to me whenever I passed by them, which made me feel welcomed. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would love to return in the future! Thanks for the incredible service!
