The ice machine wasn’t working

Good and clean staff was not always around.

Shower nice, room relatively clean, bed leaned one way a little but again was relatively comfy. Air con left a slight damp feel and smell but only slight. Noisy neighbours needed to be cancelled out with ear plugs one night.

The owners should be removed from the Expedia system. How can they be allowed to cancel a reservation just because they know the customer is through Expedia and they can get more money from a walk in customer. NOT ACCEPTABLE....

Our room was extremely humid and moist…even the floor felt wet. We kept the a/c very low but it didn’t help

You Get what you pay for with this place first off. There was no fire detector and the wires were hanging out of the ceiling. The sheet on the pull out couch, looked like it hadn't been changed in months and had questionable stains on it. One of the top blankets on the king size bed, had sticky something on it The plastic laundry bags had questionable stains on them. There were fake eyelashes in the hot tub, along with other floating abnormalities. The continental breakfast was all cold. Like, nobody decided to turn it on and heat the stuff up. Don't ask for towels because they have none If you need extra. and not an ideal place for children on the weekend due to all the partying and nefarious activity is going on in the parking lot all night.
