The hotel located at a strategic location. It is conveniently to the nearby attractions. Loved morning breakfast on 26th floor. It had nice sea view and variety of food.

Kyrie helped me book a taxi for the next day. He listened to me and helped me thoroughly while using a translation app. A hardworking young man. Receptionist thought I was Korean at first, and as soon as he found out I was Japanese, he suddenly changed his attitude and became very friendly. That’s not good. I picked this hotel because it said it had an airport shuttle so I contacted them but they did not answer my text so I had to take a taxi to the hotel. But the breakfast, location, price, and the bath was very good, I definitely want to come back again.

Beautifully presented room, friendly staff, great buffet breakfast included in the stay. I didnt use the exclusive Executive lounge - but will try another time. Short stroll to the ocean. Missed an item on my food order, because I dont speak Chinese I didnt want to make a fuss.

The staff were absolutely wonderful from the moment we arrived (via taxi) with the doormen / security chaps assisting with our luggage and escorting us to the elevators. Our room (suite) with sea view again, wonderful and with additional purchases (food / drinks) our stay was thoroughly enjoyed by my wife and two children. In addition, we all loved our breakfasts with a wide range of choices. I have no comment regarding dislikes.

In general the room is good the bed is comfortable. The facilities are nice.... The location is close to the beach and not far away from the old city. I asked for a pickup from the airport and I got refused twice.... I was in shock that this is Hilton service. The shower didn't had curtain of any kind and the water just flooded the all floor.

Walking distance from attractions, seaside views. There was big group on 1st morning, queue for breakfast and food choices limited just after 8am.

Room furniture, swimming pool, hotel decoration, food.. Gym (good but needs more facilities)

Location is good and can walk in the park. Breakfast is average and limited choice. Food are repeated the same compared last year and this year that I had visited. Would be nice if there is a lounge for foreigners or higher class areas for higher tier rooms to enjoy better food.

Rooms are too Dark, Bed was making noise, Towels are old. Bath Rob was teared off. Food was not good as well.
