Comfy place to stay . Close to town.

property located a mile and half from Yellow Springs ! Thought I retro- time warped back to the 50 or 60s. Highly recommend & will stay here again ! Kudos to the owners.

Nicely kept and quiet. Well suited for the area.

Room was plenty of space for two average sized people but might be a bit small for larger individuals. Towels, shower, bed and ammenities were all well equipped I won't lie, when in the smaller storage room where they keep the spare toilet paper and keurig supplies, I found what looked like evidence of mice chewing through some insulation and leaving their "breadcrumbs" behind.

Perfect for what we needed!

This was our second stay here. Property and room are clean enough, if somewhat outdated. It’s easy to check in (you get a key code via email) and it’s located close enough to downtown YS that you can walk there if you want.

Perfect for a one night stay to see the Chapelle and friends show. Everything needed was provided and place was clean.

Clean, great Yellow Springs location

Nicely maintained older motel. I stayed one night with my 21 year old daughter for girls trip to Yellow Springs. The room was clean, window air conditioner was loud but worked well and the double bed was comfy. The bathroom was very dated but clean. This was a nice affordable option for staying in YS. We Ubered to town for drinks that evening because there is nothing in walking distance. We felt safe and comfortable during our stay.

Clean room

The room and experience were great! Online checkin was a bit of challenge bc Expedia could not relay the messages from the hotel to me. A quick call to the hotel got what I needed. The room was super clean, convenient to what I needed and very cute. Would stay again, but likely would book direct.

Small but clean room. Hot showers and decent AC. Good for a quick overnight stay.

Nobody there to check in was a bit unusual but it was manageable. Overall a cute little throw back kind of a motel.

We really just needed a place to sleep for the night, the trip was riding the Little Miami trail. The room was very clean, easy access to uptown Yellow Springs. Ellie's restaurant was perfect for breakfast. The Gulch was the funnest bar

Do not like because we could not cancel on a Wednesday for a Friday night stay because of sickness
