No microwave. It was an okay place to be if you wanted to stay inside the park.

Staying in Yellowstone at Grant Village was a nice spot to connect with nature and disconnect. The amenities were very simple but as expected going in - smallish room with two full beds, no air conditioning (was not an issue with cooler nights, no television (didn’t matter since was used solely as a place to rest our heads). Right on the lake, cool views at night and approximately 10 minutes from West Thumb. Food was good at the Dining Room. Did not try Lake Restaurant. Would stay again in future.

Very much like a camping cabin room. No temperature control. No tv. Mini fridge. Outdated. Tiniest, most uncomfortable shower. Very expensive for what you get. I guess they can charge whatever they want since it’s in the park and they know people would pay it. Next time, I would look elsewhere. Was not a great experience. Expectations should be set low.

The room was nice and fairly roomy with 2 beds and a table. I thought it was part of a big lodge however and it was actually a number of buildings with rooms. Just different than I expected - not a big losge with a lobby or anything. Good breakfast available in the dining room. The Lake Restaurant burrito place made for a good dinner on the lake. Parking was easy & convenient as was check in and out. Restaurant staff were friendly.

The girl that checked me in at the Main cabin, I forget her name, but she was from Pennsylvania and she was an absolute gem smile friendly answered all questions. Now moving on to the worst part of my trip, the restaurant was an absolute disaster. I don’t know who is running the show over there, but they need a serious professional help. I’m not blaming the young kids that are working there because there are adults in there as well When we got to the counter, they asked if we had a reservation we said no and she said OK. It’s going to be about 30 minutes. 30 minutes went by and I checked in and she said probably about another 15 minutes I waited patiently there with my family, and I watched several other parties who also did not have a reservation go in before us We sat right next to the hostess stand while we waited and they asked everybody who approached the stand if they had a reservation In total, we waited one hour and 29 minutes to be seated at our table Our waitress, I forget her name, but she was from Missouri and she was one of the sweetest girls that we interacted with. She apologize several times for the long wait and did her best t

Great location. Walking distance to a restaurant. Room was nice and parking easy

Older lodge with small rooms.

You are staying inside the park at Yellowstone, so you know you are going to pay a premium - a premium price for not a premium experience. It's more like staying in a college dorm room: tight space, no A/C, no TV and the parking is not convenient to the room. But, you are in Yellowstone, and there is a lot to be said just for that! We had a nice dinner overlooking the lake and the food and wait staff were excellent.

Thank you!

Everything seems to be fine except there was no WiFi and phone line in the room. That seems to be vibe in Yellowstone hotels/lodges.

It was a nice lodge conveniently located inside the park. But No elevator, or AC.

Easy parking.

Location

Nothing. No Ac. No TV. Small. Hair dryer didn't work.

Staffs, housekeeping, front desk team was really friendly and helpful. Very much near by to attractions. Only stay here just for location and no other expectations with comfortable stay!! For the price I paid per night The rooms are super small to accomodate Not clean and had a weird smell which is like moldy Bathroom is tiny and very out dated and not properly maintained or cleaned Restaurant made us wait for more than 45mins even with a dinner reservation.

Small room and shower. No ac. Big money for what it was.

Only thing that i thought could have been better was the food at the restaurant, it was cold when served.
