Everything was very clean and comfortable.Price was the best in Yerevan. Hotel non smoking, but have a smoking area. There is a kitchen, where can make a coffee or tea. The staff is very attentive. The centre can be reached by bus in 5min, busstop nearby. There was a rental car with reasonable prices.

Nice, cozy and clean hotel. Very friendly and professional staff, which is rare in small hotels. Special thanks to the hotel manager for organizing the transfer service and for assistance in other matters.
