clean beds and shower. there is grocery store near the hotel. there no elevator! and nobody helped up with luggage! very far from city center. they didn't serve breakfast and despite there was an oven in kitchen they didn't let us to enter the kitchen and told us you can't cock anything. we stayed for 3 nights and they didn't give us new towels and asked extra money for new towels! there wasn't enough shower gel and soup! they stand in front of door to checkout right at 12!

The environment was extremely clean. The staff was extremely friendly and the chef was impeccable. The hotel was very quiet and had a lovely environment.

The hotel offers cheaper rooms but with communal bathroom. Somehow I was unable do understand that during the booking. That might be my fault or due to misleading info in the app. Anyway the location was great for our family gathering.

Customer service and care is absolutely perfect, it doesn't really get better than this all thanks to the caring hostess Nara. It really does feel like home here and it's a stay I'd miss. From first reception and check-in warm smooth and friendly, to the great customer service during my stay, and then the easy smooth check-out Everything was super clean, organized and professional. Great value for your money I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for comfort, home vibes and affordability 10/10 no doubt.

Hotel is located 15 mins from city center if you use taxi. There is a good supermarket (open nonstop) located 5 mins from hotel and a few pharmacies. So you can buy everything there. Very nice and helpfull owner. Small, clean room. Shared bathroom. We could use fridge. For the money, very good value.

Most comfortable bed we've slept on in weeks. Staff is very friendly. Place is very clean and toiletries are provided. Parking spaces are available. Great place for a comfortable (and affordable stay) in Yerevan!

The hotel is very cozy and clean, the hosts are very accommodating, they checked me in late at night, or it was more like early morning, I m not sure. They also were very friendly and helpful and made sure that I won't miss my flight. Everything was great, as expected

Very good service. They took care of me when i was a bit ill. The food prepared is fresh and 1000 times better than eating out. The pillows, sheets are clean. There is AC in rooms for hot summer nights. You can ask them to prepare breakfast, lunch snd dinner and its economical too. Not applicable
