The only good thing was that the hotel 3riple room was very big. They allow pet and anna in the reception was nice and she spoke good in English. Nothing was fun, very boring hotel with a boring environment like a ghost town nobody exist and you are in the middle of nowhere. The location was very far from center that most of the time taxies would cancel our request in taxi apps, the building was so old no elevator rooms had keys instead of cards. Very dirty I could see the yellow line of old dirt inside the toilet like they are not familiar with bleach every corner of the room was dust they did not even clean the tables next to bed. For a 80$ a night I expected the minimum standards which didnt exist. The breakfast was not self service and it contained mostly boiled egg and very cheap sousage and jambon. They gave each of us 4 eggs everyday 2 boiled and 2 fried eggs :) along with other stuff of course, but none was appealing. All in all with the same price you can find a way better room in hotels or apartments and thats why the hotel was empty and had totally 2 or 3 guest because people can understand the quality and wont choose here. The amount you pay doesnt worth this place.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at La Defense Hotel Yerevan for 8 days, and everything exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for, which really set the tone for the entire stay. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our visit. Housekeeping did an excellent job , ensuring everything was clean and organized. The hotel facilities were also great—everything worked perfectly, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. One of the highlights of our stay was the service and the spacious rooms. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed. A special mention goes to Anna, who was incredibly helpful and kind. She is fluent in English, having spent a long time in the United States, which made communication very easy for us. She went above and beyond to assist us, always with a warm and friendly attitude, and truly made our experience even more enjoyable. The location was calm, and the overall ambiance of the hotel made it feel like a home away from home. Whether it was the comfort, cleanliness, or the exceptional service, everything was fantastic. We highly recommend La Defense Hotel Yerevan to anyone visiting the city, and we would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

I had a wonderful stay at La Defense Hotel. The rooms were lovely, clean, and very spacious, which made the whole experience extremely comfortable and relaxing. The hotel itself has a great atmosphere, and everything was well-maintained. What truly made the stay exceptional was the staff — they were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and professional throughout. A special thank you to Anna for her kindness, friendliness, and support. She really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again!

The manager Anna is very friendly and nice ! She helped us a lot and she recommended us where to go . And she is the only one who talks english, One of the staff was very rude and not polite with us, We talked to the manager and she immediatly handled the situation Everything was great

Location is in a industrial area so you cant walk around the area but you can order online if you need food. Its a 20 min drive to airport too.

Lovely and very helpful staff, including reception, restaurant, and room service. Good breakfast. Reliable Wi-Fi, with modems placed throughout the property. HUGE room with clean sheets, bathroom, and bed. The property had a unique layout compared to other hotels I’ve seen—large open areas with separate buildings for accommodation, snooker tables, gym, pool facilities, and more, which I found interesting. Reasonably priced dinner, which was also delicious. Great value for money overall. The location is a bit far from other places. You’ll either need a car or arrange transportation with the hotel, as you’ll likely need a taxi to get anywhere.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. ❤️

Our room had a private bathroom. Breakfast was nice (sausages, meat, cheese, spread, coffee, vegetables, fruits, eggs…) and included in the price. Big parking in front of the hotel. The hotel is located quite far from the city center, so having a car is essential for getting around. While they offer a spa and gym, these facilities are in a separate building that is not very close, which can be inconvenient. Breakfast is served from 9-11 am, which is quite late if you’re only staying for a few days and want to start your day early. On our first morning, we waited until 9 am, only to be told to wait another 15 minutes. The next day, we requested breakfast packages but received them with noticeably annoyed expressions from the staff. The WiFi in the rooms is unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected. Additionally, housekeeping service was lacking—during our three-day stay, we only received one toilet paper roll (3 people, 2 nights), and there was no daily housekeeping on the second day to replenish it. We had to go to reception and ask for more.

Large room with a living area. Poor noise isolation. Bathroom not clean. Breakfast not very rich.
-
The behavior of the staff is very friendly and kind, and the hotel is old but the rooms are clean, but the hotel is around the city and you have to go to the city by car.
-
Spacious room, comfortable bed, amazing staff. Met me at the airport and took safely to the hotel

It was a cheap and cheerful place to stay. The rooms were very hot when arriving vs. other hotels that cool the rooms before arrival.

Room was large and very clean. Overall a very poor experience - the standard of staff, facilities and overall experience does not reflect the high review score on this site. The room we were provided with did not reflect the room description online. Specifically it did not have an 'in room Sauna'. In fact there is not a working sauna on the premises! The hotel is part of a sprawling complex of largely deserted buildings. It is overrun with staff but few guests. The swimming pool, gym and breakfast room are a few minutes walk away in an adjacent building. They are functional, but the swimming pool is permanently used for swimming lessons and rules for its use are inconsistent - on one visit swimming caps were required. Breakfast is in an unstaffed building and consists of a platter of bread and cold meats laid out on your allocated table, along with an out of date packaged yoghurt and fruit. There is a lukewarm supply of water and a handful of tea bags. On one morning a member of staff appeared with cooked eggs, sausage and vegetables, on the other morning this didn't happen. Staff are poorly trained and 'rules' seem to change - on some occasions we weren't allowed to leave the building (even just to head to the pool) without surrendering our room key. Overall I would strongly recommend finding alternative accommodation in Yerevan.
