The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Really top-notch customer service, every question they were polite and ready to help. Frankly, it’s just an old property and very poorly maintained. We booked 4 rooms and each of the room had some issue: shower leaking, toilet not flushing properly, doors not closing properly, fridge dripping, etc. Moreover, some parts of the hotel are under maintenance, so not looking very nice. Additionally, although not controlled by them, there was a smell of engines near the hotel and sometimes you could feel it on the room. Also, I took reservation without breakfast but one day we decided to pay for it. I will advise not to. There was barely any food. Even we had to ask for eggs, and they gave us only a few, but some people from our team didn’t even manage to get some before they run out.

Although the hotel is not exactly in the city center, the location was very convenient — it’s very close to shopping malls, and we could easily walk there. The price was very reasonable for the quality of the stay, and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and good value for money. It was not new but it had a good condition

I had a very pleasant stay at Nork Residence Hotel in Yerevan. The staff were extremely kind and did their best to make sure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. They even welcomed us with complimentary tea and coffee, which was a very nice touch. The hotel is a bit old, but considering the price, it is definitely worth it. One of the best advantages is its location — it is very close to shopping centers, and I could easily walk there. The room was a little cold at first, but as soon as I requested a heater, they brought it quickly without any delay. The service was prompt and helpful. I also made some good friends during my stay, which made the experience even better. Because of my work, I travel to Armenia quite often, and I will definitely choose this hotel again for my future trips.

Advertise that breakfast starts at 8:30 however, when I arrive, they said it will be closer to 9 AM. That was too late to make my flight.

Good location when you come by car. Free public parking space on the street at the front of the hotel. Convenient for daytrips out of Yerevan like Garni for example. The hotel is older but it was clean and the staff were nice. The room doors didnt lock at night. It was safe, but a bit uncomfortable. They should try to fix that, at least with a small door chain.

Очень хороший отель. Если вы не ждёте от поездки "all inclusive", но хотите немного комфорта, то вам в этот отель. В номере душевая кабинка, кондиционер, достаточно чисто. На территории есть бассейн. У нас был включен завтрак, который был по типу шведского стола. Большого разнообразия блюд не было, но хватало и наличия.
