Perfect stay next to the airport, the host provided transfer, there's a big garden - nice place to rest before/after the journey. nothing

We chose the hotel because it said it had an AC (it was 40 degrees Celsius), but we were put in the room with the broken AC. Once we asked about it and asked to be placed in a different room - we were upgraded to a much better room. It was also impossible to pay by card and we were unable to find the staff in the morning.

great service, nice hosts, I had a good rest. Transfer from and to the airport was offered, and it went great the room where I stayed was smoky. probably, now it's non smoking, but perhaps previously peope who lived used to smoke there towels an bedsheets were a bit old for me

Simple, clean and quiet room. Good quality TV, nice garden with grapevines, AC in the room, friendly staff -- all you need to rest before your flight. There is a night convenience store in 5 min walking distance.

The owner was nice and helpful. I needed to check in at the 4:30-5am, he explained everything and didn’t bother till the morning to deal with the check in and payment. The location is pretty close to the airport, but pretty far from the city center. The bed was very hard but comfortable and the shower needs a good deep cleaning…. Unfortunately the owner is a very heavy smoker, and everything was stinking like cigarettes… I couldn’t stay more than 2 min. in the foyer, as I had a feeling the man never lost a cigarette from his hand… even worst was, that everything in the room smelled like cigarettes? even my bed… the linen were fresh washed, but still smelled like cigarettes, as all my clothes I was wearing and basically everything that touched the sofa/bed in the room ended up stinking. As a person that doesn’t smoke and actually hates the smell of it, it was extremely uncomfortable and bothering, but at that point I didn’t have a choice. Ended up with a headache, luckily the man gave me a painkiller, unfortunately his nasty habit caused it in the first place.

Near the airport The address given here is not correct, the real address can be found in Google maps by the hotel name. Cold, smoky, old, very sparsely furnished room. The blinds and lamp in the bedroom were broken, the bed was hard. I don't recommend it!

I had a 12-hour layover in Yerevan, so finding a place near the airport was essential. The hotel provides a transfer service, which is very handy for travelers who arrive during night hours. The staff members are super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place to everyone.
