The whole room had a very strong cigarette smell, very bothering

As for the negative aspects, the bathroom was a complete nightmare. During showers, water would leak everywhere, and there were no extra towels available to clean up the mess. It caused a great deal of discomfort throughout my stay. Another issue was the reception staff. They claimed they spoke English, but whenever I spoke to them, they either did not respond or simply looked confused. When I called to order breakfast and spoke in English, they asked me to speak Russian or Armenian instead. I honestly did not expect this level of service. The check-in process was also quite slow, and we had to wait a long time before receiving our room key.

I had a great time at GS Premium, the staff were pretty helpfull. To be honest before i arrived to the hotel i thought that it might be a scam because of all the positive reviews and it does not exist on google maps, but it was indeed a pretty decent hotel. The room was matching the pictures, it was clean and organized, the hotel was secured and family friendly. The location was nice to me, a bit far from the center but they did not mention that it was close to begin with. I would definitely revisit it in the future

Staff very helpful

The hotel was 5-6 km away from the center and that might be an issue for some. However, taxi rides using Yandex Go are extremely cheap for western standards. For some reason, GS hotel is not shown in Google Maps but I can confirm it is behind Golden Seconds Hotel. There were a couple of times where I could smell sewage coming from the bathroom but it seems to be random and not frequent.

GS Premium Hotel is the best hotel complex in Yerevan, with a beautiful garden, many fruit trees, a relaxation area in the garden. Here they show a caring attitude towards tourists. High-quality service, impeccable cleanliness, delicious dishes, 24-hour kitchen. There is a large swimming pool here. I would like to express my special thanks to the hotel manager Daria for her warm attitude.

The hotel staff was super friendly. Even the manager Daria gave us special attention and care. You can ask them anything and they will help you. They also recommended nice places that we must visit! They gave us new slippers, towels and bathroom accessories every day. Everything was very clean and we will definitely come back!

Nearby there is grocery shops ,staff very friendly , room was very clean , can order food and you will get it in the room

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning. they have a great menu with a great prices. loved the convenient location close to major attractions and one more thing I want to mention is the price which is so reasonable. long story short we were so satisfied. It was a great experience, i suggest this place to people whom searching for a cozy place
