The large, clean, comfy room. The laundry facilities. The quiet. We stayed for 3 days and whatever time we went down for breakfast, it was always cold. Coffee machine could do with an upgrade.

The food is diverse and delicious, and the spacious underground parking makes this an ideal spot for travelers arriving by car. I wish communication in English were a bit smoother.

Breakfast was great as we need a comfortable place and familiar food to be satisfied. The staff were very friendly and helpful making the breakfast enjoyable. The free laundry facility was definitely a bonus as we just came in off a river cruise. Labels should be placed at the breakfast buffet as people like us do not consume beef and it would be good to be informed. Mosquitoes bit me the moment we checked into the room. Luckily the staff were very responsive to our request to change the room.

Along the river front which was a lovely place to take a walk! The room was an excellent size and great facilities. We even had treseme shampoo and conditioner provided! We had an early train so couldn't make breakfast, however they packed us a little breakfast for the journey which was incredibly kind of them. Everything was great!

Great hotel with modern rooms and really friendly staff. The location is a little bit far outside of the city. There is a bus line, but for most places you will have to go by taxi.
