Good Hospitality especially the front desk staff Grace ??.. They arranged nice early morning check-out with breakfast packed ! Really loved it . Little far away from international Yiwu market.

Had an excellent stay at this hotel. Spacious, clean rooms! Staff went out of their way to help, for local taxi bookings or ordering food etc. Would definitely want to stay here again next time!

The location is very good. Clean hotel, good breakfast and modrn facilities in the room. The room size is very good. The staff cannot speak basic english.

I love Grace the front lady. She is sooo helpful, kind and well mannered. She helped us find taxi. Some of the staffs are also very kind like the chef at the fruit station from GuangDong. He is very kind. I also like the slender looking man with thick eyebrow, he is extremely kind too. The view is very nice. Amazing thank you, we stayed at 805. Nice egg tart L The ammenities are amazing. However the handsoap doesnt suit me and my husbands skin. We got irritated badly because we wash our hand alot. The soap and shampoo are also very drying for the skin. The staffs doesnt greet with smile like the advertised one in your hotel's tv, one of the old staff spitted his phlegmn out loudly in the bin in front of the lift near the lobby. That's unpleasant. Some of the staffs smells funny(bad hygiene). I wonder why and how in the world the manager speaks such bad english... for an international 5star hotel like mariott I think someone with fluent english is a must. At least Grace's level of english. Noisy neighbourhood if you open the window at night due to close proximity with club/ktv place. Breakfast menu variety is so little. For a long stay, we got bored eating breakfast. Fruit selections were amazing though.
