The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. The pool is a plus. The staff are hospitable and cooperative. Some facilities are not in the best condition, definitely repair is needed

There was no problem with the earlier check-in. musty rooms, mold on the walls, old equipment, the water in the pool was not completely clear.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was not clean at all. Asked for another one and got it! This one was better, but still not clean. Breakfast was in a box. Pool wasn’t clean. Didn’t like to stay there.

The bed was comfortable and clean. Nice wooden furniture. It would have been nice once upon a time... Lots of care and attention is needed. Leaky ceiling and, damp, mouldy bathroom. Dirty pool area. Breakfast options are breakfast boxes...

Wifi is good. Water heater is working well at the bathroom. Appreciate that there is a terrace where we can hangout on the Deluxe Room. The staff are not hospitable and most of our inquiries they just answer IDK, most of the time staff are unprofessional on treating their guest, Ask for slippers and the stuff just answered that they just knew that the stock is not available, Toilet have pounding sound like there is a construction. Mattresses smells off, have to spray our own disinfectant. TV's cable connection is not good. Bath Towels have a lot of stains. There is no provided Toilet tissue and toiletries (only bar soap is available) where in upon booking it mention complete set of toiletries. Cabinets for clothes are not accessible, all are locked. Toilet can't locked also. And in the room, in the Twin room, there is a pounding sound also. Swimming pool is not clean and wasn't able to swim, when asked to the staff when will it be available, he answered he doesn't know, another one answered maybe will do cleaning by next week & not enough chair to use in the swimming pool are. No available coffee maker.

We had a lovely stay in Alam Jogja Resort. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and big. We loved the pool as well. We would recommend this resort to other people visiting Yogyakarta! It would be nice if it were possible to get some food or drinks in the resort, since you have to walk quite a while to get to some shops or restaurants. We would have also liked some loungers by the pool, so you could relax comfortably.

Big pool Dirty pool, dirty bathroom. It's such a shame. Overall no property maintenance. ?
