the out of room everting good inside the room not good check in same counteract but the home everything tall you have penalty for example towel if dirty need penalty 50.000 IDR and the bed that’s clean in room wall down to up dirty bathroom dirty and hotel 0 star no 3 star in breakfast you need 30 minutes wait to ready pool vary nice but too Mach cool

Just like any other resort, nothing special The front office staff wasn’t friendly. We got a terrible room, when we arrived, there was a bunch of used towels in front of the room. The room was okay, but the paint.. even at the front area the paints are already plucked. I couldn’t take pictures with it bc it looks like a cheap rent (while I get it at the peak season price 1,6 mil rupiahs per night). The bathroom.. well.. they don’t use a standardized toilet, inundated, which makes our poop touch our butt before we flush it. Ew! Trust me you don’t want to stay over a night in this place

Food was good, outdoor area was nice. The air was refreshing. I think the amount i paid was similar to others but seems the rooms are not standardized. I stayed at glamping room number 23 and it was horrible. The first time i entered the room it was so smelly. Turned out it was from bathroom (the hotel kept the bathroom’s door open upon our arrival so the smell came out). The bedroom itself was dirty and obviously not maintained. The bathroom’s door couldnt be closed so i was anxious my 1,5yo daughter came in when i was showering. Then there was water leakage from beneath the floor. Seems the water infiltration wasn’t good. And there was no door mat in bedroom or bathroom. It was worsened by the fact other rooms were better than ours! They got sliding door in bedroom and had mirror, and seems it wasn’t smelly. The pool was also dirty, many flies dropped. The pool’s towel smells very new so seems they haven’t washed it since they bought it.

Located close to Merapi for the Lava Tour Woken at 6am by very loud music at a neighbouring resort doing mass exercises and kept awake almost until midnight 12am by a party with extremely loud music (imagine like a nightclub just meters away from your room) in a hall just opposite the bamboo suites. I have to mention this happened during the pandemic. Management were uninterested in assisting to put it to a stop and even had the nerve to say it had nothing to do with them. We suffered almost sleepless nights and this impacted our enjoyment of the area during the daytime. We had booked for three nights but made the wise decision to go home after just two. It was not a holiday- it was torture.
