The location The hotel claims to have 24 hour reception but there were no staff present when I arrived at 3pm. At no point during my stay did I interact with a member of staff. Somebody from the restaurant next door had to open a room for me. I had booked a room with a private bathroom but no such room was available. The first room I was shown had a hole cut in the wall where the air conditioning was so it could be used for two rooms! So, to sum up, the facilities aren't as advertised in terms of 24 hour reception or private bathroom. I also got electric shocks from my laptop when I plugged it in. Remove this property from your platform.

Nothing Date: Feb 15 - Feb 16, 2025 The worst experience, OYO management must change the way of service Because photos and reality do not match Category of fraud...room only single but written family suite.( oyo alqid syariah) According to Bilqis (maid), complaints often occur. And we were replaced by hotel 2285 syariah taman siswa. The room is also uncomfortable, the air conditioner is hot, the pillowcases and towels are dirty. The rooms mentioned above are inappropriate and not worth selling.
