I like how all the staffs were kind and helpful. the bed is really comfortable, the hot water is stable, the food were good. each room has their own roof tops. I didn't like that the onsen was not operating, meaning it is suppose to be a warm water pool yet it has become a regular pool filled with natural spring water, the pool a bit dirty, there were bugs on the water also I wished that the Restaurant would operate longer.
