the parking area is big kebersihan, maintenance and customer service so bad. when I enter the room, I believe the bed cover hasn’t changed. the bathroom dirty and smelly. the room also dirty. I asked the guy to clean the bathroom and change the bed sheet, they clean bathroom with brushes no soap or anything at all. and only change thebed sheet. I dont know how long they have not change the bed cover for. no toilet paper etc.
