The location is near to Malioboro street. Also got plenty food stall nearby.

It's absolutely right choice for whoever likes to explore Malioboro street and other popular tourist attractions nearby. Around 2-3 minutes walk to main street of Malioboro. 10 minutes walk to Pasar Beringharjo where you can shops your favorite clothing. A lot, like a lot of Gudeg sellers around the area. Shouldn't be hard for you to find a good one. The hotel also has a stalls (outside) that sells food. A little bit walk to the "Titik 0" and from there you can take "Becak (rickshaw)" to the Keraton Yogyakarta. If you're staying at this hotel with small groups, I would recommend you to rent a bike instead of car. Because it's easier to navigate the ways around Malioboro with bike. As they will eventually close some roads by the evening time. Trust me for this one ?. Food is very fair for the price you paid. There is noodle stalls, bread, and all the necessary breakfast items you need. I stayed for 2 nights in 2 rooms with my family (total 5 pax). Why I gave 7/10? The bedsheets was noticably dirty (212). There are some spots that there was no way one didn't see that (picture below). The chair in the room (212) was a little bit wonky (?). Like if you lean further you'll get yourself on the floor with broken chair, and injured head. One floor cracked and that could be a cause of injuries as well (might hurt your toes). One more thing, we were about to be charged for the big water bottle that we didn't even touch. So, there are 2 600ml bottle (free), and 1 big bottle at the price of Rp 15.000. The receptionist (we were checked out on 27th July), was telling my mother that they will charged Rp. 15.000 for the big water bottle. And my mother said they didn't drink it (mother in different room/211). And there was only 1 big bottle in her room. The hotel staff probably think there are 2 ? (?). Well, they didn't charge it of course.

The location is the only reason I like about the hotel. 1. The hotel was not as it looked in the pictures 2. Light in the whole room with only 1 switch 3. Noisy in the hallway as staff going to thd resto passes by with their trolley

The proximity to train station is very handy if like me you had an early flight and need to get the early train to the airport. Apart from that it was a place to stay for a night , that's about it. Check in took longer than I'd hoped and had me waiting in the foyer for quite a while. The rooms are dated and it's just a hotel which is cheap and close to maliboro street.

Staff were great, especially a young man called Yusoff. His English was good and helped me so much with a tour I did at the Borobudur temple. A great, courteous, well mannered, knowledgeable, genuine and caring person. The Buffett over Ramadan was good. There were some cracks in a particular section that I feel could have had a light paint over.

Great location right next to Malioboro and near train station, a lot of local food and shops around. The rooms and amenities were clean and we had a very good breakfast included Rooms are a bit old bit decent

Location was okey. It was the worst hotel I ever stayed. Disgusting room, it smelled terrible, the bed was insanely hard and the shower was yellow from the dirt. The breakfast was sooo dirty. We even made videos of larvaes in the food.

Location Toilets pretty old. Staff calling the room in the morning to remind me the time of checkout. I was sleeping, they could have sent an email or message instead

The cleanliness of the hotel makes me comfortable. The staff also friendly The room is not soundproof. I could here the sound of motorcycle during night. I noticed that there is a gap at the window. And there was a mosquito!!
