The breakfast was amazing and the staffs were very friendly. Sahid offer free parking for guests which is very convenient. The location is perfect with many shops and restaurants nearby and it's value for money. We also managed to hold a celebration for our parent 50th anniversary and the event team was amazing. Everything just look perfect as it meant to be. We really happy with the services provided. Just small note for the staff when cleaning the room to consistently check and re-fill the amenities like toiletries and so on in the room and also perhaps to consider replace pillows as they are hard to sleep on and the towels - they are clean but perhaps too old, need replacement! Perhaps more gyms equipment is needed and have them in a room with Air-con, as it is too hot to have them outside. Other than that everything else is perfect!

1. The bed sheet was not replaced when we checked in as proven by strands of hair left by the previous occupants. 2. We had an early check in and we were charged more than half of our room rate. If that is a policy, I think it is over charge. 3. We reserved with 2 adults and our 10 year old kid. But when we are about to enter the breakfast lounge, we are asked to pay additional pax. 4. The floor drain's cover is not well in place so the is foul smell coming from it and enters our room! I woke up early in the morning because of that bad smell...........I did a DIY job just to eliminate the odor!!!

Nice facilities, clean enough, but some deep clean will make it better My bed was not as comfy, it as thought that there might be 2 smaller bed put together to make one big bed, i can feel it in the middle of my bed

- Breakfast is varied and delicious, - staff is nice and helpful and give fast respons for all guest complaints, - Wifi is good. - swimming pool is nice. The building, especially the rooms need a lot of repairs. the room is small and some wooden list in the walls are weathered, it is open and there are insects coming out of it, the air conditioner is leaking, the room floor is damp. The staff were very helpful with options for changing rooms and giving several room options, but all option room looked equally run down. Some repairs are also needed in some public area, such as in fitness centre, dining room near the buffet table.

Ii don't like that they provide three in one soap which is for body wash, shampoo and hand wash. It is better they provide separate soap because the level of oil in our body is different.

Close to the mall, there're some street foods around The bathroon not suit for bathroom without shower curtain, once take a shower then water all over the floor. The towel mat is too small, tjhe closet wasn't clean enough ,

Staff are good. Room is clean. Breakfast provides many varieties, including local food . Bed are slump. We were attending a meeting held at Sahid, apparently the lifts are bit slow. took longer time to get to another floor. Take half an hour by taxi to the center, not many good restaurants around the hotel.
