房间宽敞，床比较舒适，卫生间也很干净。 I'm going to tell you about my bad experience at this hotel, I hope it doesn't happen to other people. I booked 4 nights, and I received a strange call at 7 o'clock the next night. It was their internal phone number. I picked up and said hello. The other party hung up, and then at 1 o'clock in the morning, someone knocked on my door, and it was very clear. I was very scared at the time. I asked my friend to contact the front desk, and they said to ask the security to come and check, but they didn't even call me. The next day I found the hotel manager and told him what happened last night. Many security guards came to check CCTV. They replied to me that they didn't see anyone knocking on the door, but I heard it very clearly, it was my door. Anyway, I didn't dare to stay there, even though the hotel manager found me another room. If you are a woman traveling alone, you must pay attention to this. It's really scary to have someone knocking on the door in the middle of the night!

connected to jogja city mall too crowded during breakfast time at the restaurant, not enough table at indoor, the outside tables are for smoking people, not good for those with kids.

The location is great, near essential amenities (Jogja City Mall). Cleanliness - many small crockcoaches and few big ones in my room and my parents’ Noise disturbances in late hours from another room- we complained about the noise from another room twice to the receptionist and we even invited a security staff to come to our room to listen the noise, still they did nothing. We could not rest well despite having to wake up early for our sister’s wedding.

The room was clean and comfortable! Bed was very nice and we were able to get really good night sleep The rats roaming around the outdoor side of the restaurant for breakfast and not providing knife at all

Easy access to the mall. Mall consists of lots of shopping and food choices. Cleanliness wise & security can be improved. Some of my blankets were stained & the hotel lift can be accessed by anyone as hotel card isnt needed to go up. Can be a safety issue.
