Every thing went very well, the staff was very humble and polite. We have carried very good impression about the hotel and all people there. Please maintain these standards !! nothing

Everything was excellent, the staff, the room, the hotel facilities. The fact that it is adjacent to a big mall, with many nice shops and restaurants, is also a plus point. The only drawback was the unavailability of room service for 'sahur'. It is very cumbersome to have to tidy up and look presentable to go down to the hotel restaurant at 3 AM, to then go back to sleep again afterward. We ended up just having pre-bought bread in the room.

I can not get the invoice for my stay . the hotel says they can not give it to me because it was booked from 3rd party, not direct booking. while booking.com always direct me back to the hotel. SUPER CONFUSING AND ANNOYING. such a hassle to get an invoice that i have paid for and the hotel doesnt help at all. not sure why it is so hard to grab the invoice and send it to me

Great location with a convenience of a mall nearby. Great housekeeping service and friendly staff. There is a mall next door which is very convenient. The only disappointment was the morning breakfast. The hot food was predominantly salty and unappetizing. I hope they can put more effort in making it palatable. The selection is wide and varied but I'm just disappointed with the taste.

The hotel have various of food from all around the world, and all of them are good I don't like the fact that food that you order to your room are really expensive, but hey that's normal for Everyhotel

Spacious lobby with lots of sofas while waiting for check in. Staff were always extra helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Compliments to Chef Nasrulloh. No internal connection to the mall

The restaurant managers Bilqisty and Maylina and their team are a bunch of fantastic people. Please consider a pay raise for them. Thanks There was a leakage around the water tap in bathroom. However it was promptly fixed.
