Great location! This hotel sits one block away from Malioboro Street and a short walk to the train station. Staff was great...from front desk to housekeeping to restaurant. Breakfast was good. The pool area was really nice and pool bar had good food. Room was comfortable and clean.

i love the location of the hotel just outside of Malioboro street. its within 5 mins walk. Very convenient to food stalls and public transport. The hotel is a little run down for Novotel standard. The hot and cold water tap in the shower is faulty.

I always enjoy it here. The welcome at front desk, the large flat TV, the bed pillows, the cocktail bar on 10, the buffet breakfast, the pool, the location close to Malioboro St., all wonderful. The shower is nice, too, rain shower head option as well as spray head. The bidet sprayer was a bit forceful, difficult to produce a calmer spray.

The location was fantastic as it is right smack along Jalan Malioboro. Staff were friendly and I was allowed an early check-in which was fantastic as I took an early morning flight. There were 24hrs convenience stores nearby which was great They need to remove the grout in the bathroom - the shower head had grime :( It was quite off-putting so this was the only negative point. Wasn't expecting this from an international hotel chain that is Novotel.

Just some dust in our room. Also the elevator operates a bit weird. Please allow additional time if trying to catch a train, etc.

Good location, many mini marks, many shops but not so many restaurants..if you want to eat you have to go only to malioboro mall The gym is dark, cold. Dusty and no window and it smells like an old garage
