The staffs are so helpful & friendly. They did anything to secure our stuffs, gave directions to best restaurant & express laundry. The place is sooooo dirty. Thick dust on every surface. The stairs... OMG, it's like nobody has mopped them for years. No mirror in the room. The room is musty, and the carpet is dirty. The bathroom door can't even be closed properly—there's no lock or latch to secure it from the inside. The bathroom tiles are filthy. The TV is soooo small. The management is so stingy they couldn't even provide a proper TV. Instead, they just hung a computer monitor on the wall and expected guests to be entertained.
