The very helpful staff and clean room. The bathroom is clean, and all bathroom facilities are good. 1. The stairs are quite steep (not suitable for older people) 2. New towel and soap neither replace nor top up in three days. 3. There is no kettle to boil water in the room; there is a hot water dispenser, but you need to go downstairs. 4. The room was not clean for the whole three days of our stay.
