Overall a great experience and yes I would stay again. The parking was barely enough for the guest count that is really my only complaint. Room was perfect. Loved the hot tub. Everything was clean. Staff was very nice except sometimes couldn’t find them. Price was great. Could walk to the beach!

Overall, our stay was okay. We stayed in a carriage house room. The room was clean, but dated with loose bathroom fixtures. The bed was super soft but sagged. The water was good and hot for shower and the wall unit AC was adequate. The hot tub was not hot, being barely 90 the evening we went in. Of note, the cover was always off during stay which I think did not help in regulating temp. We replaced the cover over it when we went to bed, but noticed it was off again in am. The staff were kind and offered coffee near desk in am, help yourself thermos style. However, the one coffee we tried was only brown water with coffee “essence” so we didn’t try again the next day. I think the space has potential and is possibly under new ownership? Which may explain why things look like a work in progress.

My family and I stayed here from Thursday night to Saturday evening. It was an awesome time! The walk was 3-4 mins from both long sands beach & short sands beach. A quick 10 min walk to mini shops, dinner and arcade! The rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable and having a balcony was a nice touch, you could sit outside and enjoy the weather and sounds of the ocean. I would 1000% suggest this Inn for anyone who wants to be close to the beach and wants to be in walking distance to all the shops and food.

Photos online/app were better than the room and place in person. Bunch of lights in our room didn’t work, and the smaller deck was gross and had a broken chair. Light in the hallway of the stairs doesn’t work, so when coming in later at night it’s hard to go upstairs in the dark. Parking was horrible and far away from our room. Pool was only upside. Too expensive for the experience.

You can tell is not well maintained, they have not invested on it for a while. Having said this the rooms were clean and location unbeatable !

Perfect place to stay for a few nights. Spacious rooms large bathrooms with clean showers and nice towels. Nice pool area and perfect if you want to enjoy long and short sands.

Our ice bucket was still dirty from whoever stayed there before us. Everything else looked clean. Pool was nice but hides in shade for most of the day, so a bit chilly. Near everything though.

Property was very clean. Owners were very friendly when checking in and addressed any questions very quickly with good satisfaction. Great easy walk to Long Sands beach, and not a bad walk to Short Sands either.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location was very central to both Long Sands and Short Sands beach. Some things on the property could use upgrading; the chairs outside the room were rusting and the toilet in the room was so low to the ground! Otherwise we had a very pleasant stay.

I booked this stay before reading reviews and then was a bit skeptical. However our stay was flawless. We had a queen room in the carriage house and it appeared fairly newly renovated. The bed was perfect, multiple pillow choices, water in shower was hot, fridge worked well and the air conditioner and ceiling fans kept the room at perfect temperature. The pool was clean (appropriately warm) and the property is perfectly situated between long and short sands beaches. All staff we encountered were pleasant and helpful. We have no complaints and would definitely stay here again.

Great location but the room and amenities were very average.

A very good choice for York Beach which is a less than a 5min downhill walk from the property. The room was clean, odorless, spacious and the bed was on the firmer side, which I prefer. Available outlets at the head of both sides of my bed. Crisp, clean linens and large bath towels. No funky aromas from the in-window a/c unit which kept the room at my desired temperature on a hot and humid summer day and night. The pool area was clean, uncluttered and not busy. The pool water was crystal clear and refreshing. Plenty of pool towels available in pool-side, self-serve bin. 2-3 good restaurants overlooking the beach within a half mile or so, same for breakfast counters/cafes and snack-bars. Downtown/touristy area less than a mile walk. SUPER FRIENDLY, accommodating staff!!

We stayed here for a second year. My only complaint was the hot tub was not functional during our stay. Im sure they repaired it but it was something we liked during our last stay. The pool is great and very clean, the rooms are comfortable and the staff are very friendly.
