The room was smoky. The air conditioning didn’t work. I came back an hour after setting the thermostat a little bit lower and the room was still extremely hot. The staff came into my room and lectured me for having it set too low. I asked them if they had any other rooms available and they said no when I asked for a refund, they were extremely rude.

Front End staff is friendly and helpful. There is no elevator so be sure to request first floor if needed. Breakfast was adequate but not fancy.

It was just what I needed. I could jump on and off the highway without having to drive too far.

Staff was amazing. Location was great. It quiet the first night. Second night a car outside was blasting obnoxious music for about 20 minutes. Not hotel fault. I loved my stay. Only downside was the shower. Rest was amazing Shower head needs replacing and better cleaning of shower and new clean shower curtain for every new booking. Shower head was terrible and shower and curtain had hair and soap stuck on it. Gross.

Was clean staff was friendly breakfast was Ok Hot tub jets didn't work staff said waiting on repairs. We were placed in back off hotel with a back door that was locked and had to walk all the way around

Staff was extremely rude. I arrived few hours before checking and asked to used the restroom. The response I got was they had no public restroom. I explained I was going to be a guest and waiting to check in in a few hours and even then they denied. Once I got the room the furnace was extremely loud making difficult to have a good sleep. Not the greatest place.
