Loved it. Can’t wait to visit again. But if you can, get a top floor room, you can hear people walking around from the bottom floor.

Great I’d stay there again. But if you stay in the people and order drinks make sure they have pen paper so they can remember your drink. Probably also better to just walk to the bar and order your drinks. It’s quicker

As with my last stay, the only hold back is service. It’s always just a little off. The pool service feels like they are on a quota system. The front desk is polite but generally not that helpful with bags, etc. I travel a lot and stay at higher end properties. The Estate has great potential but not all of it is realized as much as it could be.

One of the best accommodations I’ve ever had for a hotel or resort. The property was very well maintained and the staff was amazing.

Everything was perfect. Location, service. We enjoyed our vacation 100%.

My experience at The Estate Yountville was absolutely wonderful. The grounds are stunning and immaculate, situated in an ideal location walking distance to fantastic local dining. Every staff member provided exceptional service, and the breakfast was delicious. Positioned perfectly between Napa and St. Helena, it is the ultimate place to stay for any wine country visit.

Room was not cleaned ,staff/manager was rude, was trying to charge parking fee, knowing that we flew, food disgusting in two out of three plates ordered there was hair in it! First day the room #900 did not have hot water, and the phone was not working. They have to change and relocate to a different room.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at ! The town Yountville is so beautiful, Easy to walk to restaurants.

This property is a no brainer. Staff is great. Free breakfast every morning in lobby/bar and patio area. Killer omelets. Live music both in the morning and nighttime. Location can't be beat - walk to numerous great restaurants. It's the only place we stay these days.

It was a beautiful hotel and food was great.

Breakfast is good. Omelet bar and fruit/yogurt. Pool and staff are really great. Beds are comfy and the bathroom is nice and large. The complementary car service is great. They took us to Chandon and picked us up after our tasting. Gounds not kept up like they should. Someone spilled a coffee all the way down the walk way the first day we were there and it was an eyesore. No one cleaned it up. The rooms are dark and the patio is blocked off with huge bushes. Not inviting. Communication is a little off on when things start and and end on what days like the music and the breakfast and the car service.

The only downside was the guests above us were noisy and the plantation shutters don’t allow the room to get completely dark.

Great stay in a perfect location. Super friendly greeting upon arrival, great breakfast and pool scene, and walkable to dining greats! Room decor was the slightest bit beaten up (couch in room and rugs) but nothing that took away from the overall charm. Service staff works hard and makes you feel welcome. Only small gripe is that the car service should go 10 miles as you can’t really get anywhere outside a 10-mile radius. Minor things for an overall lovely property, would stay again!
