Overall great location, great property and well mannered staff

Showed up late to a typically good Hampton Inn, room had NO shower curtain, EMPTY shampoo and conditioner bottle and very little body wash. Usually bring my own but it was last minute just to get a couple hours sleep and shower. Highly disappointed

We reserved 2 rooms. One for one night and the other for 3 nights. The staff was the most incompetent group of people I have ever met. They couldn’t get the rooms straight and then when we were in the room that was only for one night they couldn’t figure out how to move us to the correct room for 3 nights. We asked if we could just switch rooms and they said no they didn’t want to inconvenience us. Then they called at 11:30 at night and asked us to move room on the 2nd night. The room they moved us to wasn’t even clean and they were very unhappy to have to come clean it the next day. At breakfast, which was served until 9, you had to get there by 8 or you just got the leftovers because they told us that they would not make more breakfast after that because they didn’t want to have any leftovers. This hotel had the best reviews for the area so I’d hate to have stayed somewhere else I guess

Convenient location Bed was so high could not get in. No shower sprayer Three days and never had room cleaned, straightened or fresh towels. Ran out of tissues

The breakfast is awesome. The property is always clean. The staff is always very nice. Constant noise from the people above me. I had requested a top floor room out of fear of something like this happening, which it did.

Not sure- never stayed because the property decided to price gouge us (over $500) the morning of. Told us to contact Booking.com after the front desk was belligerent and unprofessional. Refused to help us or acknowledge that the overcharge was a mistake on their end. The front desk staff- beyond that I can’t comment.

1) upgraded towels 2) carpet cleaning especially near elevator ( at least it needed it on the third floor)

Had to ask for clean towels after 2 days of stay. Room was finely cleaned on day 5 of 7 night stay.

The hallway rugs desperately need replacing, and the breakfast food was not hot and there were no forks available. Otherwise, I would rate it pretty good.

Very long wait for check-in due to no one at the front desk. 15 minutes of an empty lobby, I worked for Hilton for years and the standard is to have someone at the desk at all times especially peak times (like check-in). When I finally got to the room there were cleaning supplies left behind (wet paper towel, pieces of plastic bags etc). The hotel was also very loud with pretty constant loud banging that was not slamming doors, not sure what it was. Construction maybe. Would not stay there again.
