Hotel Yannis Corfu

The staff were so friendly , the breakfast was fabulous, the views of the coast and mountains were breathtaking! The pool and garden areas are beautifully maintained and were the perfect spot to relax all day. The pool bar offered drinks and lunch items/ snacks. it was an easy walk to public beaches and lots of restaurants. A perfect relaxing vacation destination!!

Lovely breakfast, very well situated in quiet area just behind Main Street, we would definitely return A little quiet in the evening but bars and restaurants very close so not a problem

The hill to go up to the hotel on foot. It's hard when you are tired after walking all day. There is no elevator also and we could not have Wi-Fi connection in our room

Cleaning ladies waking you up making noise at 6:30 am. The staff was not so nice like 3 years ago they seem tired with the customers and they ignore some requests like refilling the green tee and milk in the room

The property was very nice. Nice pool and grounds. Location was away from the main area of Corfu town. There was no elevator to get to my room that was in the third floor. It wasn’t bad for check in because someone brought luggage up to my room but no one was around to take the luggage down when I checked out so I had to drag large luggage downstairs myself. In addition, the room always had a musty odor. The staff cleaned the room everyday and made the beds (which were very hard) but never replaced our dirty coffee mugs with clean ones. I thought that was very odd.

The outdoor was perfect. The check in guy who is there from Early am to 10 pm is terrible. I asked a couple of questions and then he said “do you have another question”. He was a man with 0 personality.

Everything was as promised and better

Ipsos Beach is not the best one in Corfu. It is quite narrow and located close to a busy road. The beach is lined with cafes and restaurants, mostly offering Greek fast food options. For a nicer dining experience, you can take a bus to Corfu Old Town. It takes about 40 min and costs 2.50 euros one way, with buses running every 20 minutes.

Great pool, great breakfast, everything is clean and the stuff was very nice and polight. Great view. Private parking. The mattress wasn't comfortable at all!!! The shower is small.

Good hotel Clean Helpfull staff Near the hotel there is every thing(resturant, super market, rental car) Free parking in the hotel Food is good. The bed and the pellow not comfortabel at all ? the shower place bath toooo small and tiny so if you 60kg + no place for you to have a shower. You have to pay 3 € for towel when you go to the pool.

We enjoyed our stay but I must say the beds in room 118 were incredibly hard and one made a loud popping noise when getting in or out. The view was very nice from our balcony but the chairs are in dire need of replacement. You should be aware that there are stairs and no elevator as well as a rather high step into the bathroom... A bit of a tripping hazard in the night but we just marked it with a towel at bedtime. The breakfast was amazing and the coffee machine does it right. We would definitely return someday. I did not like being charged 3 euros extra for use of a pool towel...it seems petty to charge for something that should be standard issue in each room. I understand a charge if towels are lost or if you are at a special venue and don't have a towel...but never in any hotel in the world, have we been charged to use a pool towel at the property. Also the maid threw out some special refillable plastic bottles that were empty but tucked back against the wall, next to the bed. They were not in the trash like the regular soda or water bottles were. However the staff was very good about finding and digging them back out for us, which we greatly appreciated. The other thing that was annoying were the sewer smells coming up in the bathroom and Shower stall is indeed VERY SMALL as mentioned in other reviews, but serviceable if you are an average size person.
