Everything Everybody was so nice

The hotel and room were very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was great as it was close to I-8 and 95 as well as close to grocery stores and other retail. I also left behind a few items and when I called to inquire if they found them they confirmed it with a detailed description and time found by housekeeping. They are mailing my items to me without charge. EXCELLENT customer service! I thank you for a very pleasant stay. We will return again! Nothing comes to mind.

Our stay there was really good. Employees were really nice! Free breakfast in the morning was good! Ashlynn at the front desk was nice enough to print out some very important papers that I needed! I’d stay here again, next time we’re in town!

What what a deal. My wife and pup stayed here. It was way better than what we expected. Even the dog potty areas were clean. Not one poop did we see.

The hottub was awesome after they turned the heat on. The breakfast was awful. Someone is pinching major pennies in management. It shows in the details. The front desk staff acted like enslaved captives. One girl on nights was awesome but the rest were unfriendly and never smile. The entire hotel must go up and down a single elevator and get judged by the front desk. No communication between shifts. The second floor reeked of cigarettes but fortunately on the 3rd floor the pot smoke masked the smell most of the time. One girl from the front was awesome one night and let us dip in the hot tub 5 minutes til close without a hassle. That was the nicest 5 minutes of our stay. Recommend the best Western by the mall. Awesome breakfast. Friendly and clean and hottub up to temp.

I think the property could use some updates, such as new carpet and some general renovations. Overall, the hotel looks a little old and outdated. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I don’t think I would stay at this hotel again.

Breakfast was good; had better than average selection. Room clean and beds comfortable. Hallway was very smelly. Location convenient to alot of restaurants and highway. Good for a one night pass thru. Affordable.
