STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL WHEN I NEEDED TO CHANGE ROOMS, MY ROOMS AC WAS NOT WORKING AND IT WAS OVER 80 DEGREES IN THE ROOM. IN ARIZONA IT MAKES SENSE TO KEEP THE ROOMS SOME SORT OF AIRCONDITIONED CAUSE WE COULD NOT GE THE ROOM TO COOL DOWN AC DID NOT WORK IN MY ROOM ALSO SOME PEOPLE ARE ALLERGIC TO LAVENDAR; YOU SHOULD REALLY HAVE AN ALTERNATIVE FOR GUESTS WITH ALLERGIES

We really appreciated how accommodating the staff was, which allowed us to spend quality time visiting with our daughter and grand daughters who live in Yuma. Service was great all around. Enjoyed the breakfast selection, the fitness center, and we had a great time at the pool. We had a great visit and did not have any issues.
