The only thing I did not like was that there was only one basic lock for the door. I wish there was at least two locks.

A large room (Junior Suite) with plenty of parking. The hotel allowed us to check in early (11:00). Booked a junior suite for 2 adults with a quoted price of $983 MXN. When we arrived to check it, the amount went to $1170 due to an "extra person" charge. There is no heat in the rooms. The bathroom door's laminate was peeling and the room was worn. When you check in, you are given a TV remote which you return at checkout. I didn't know remote theft was such a problem.
