Our reservation was cancelled a few hours before we were set to arrive. The booking we made said we’d pay at check in, but the hotel “tried” to charge the card on file and said it was declined. The card worked fine elsewhere. They sent a warning email but we didn’t have service. When we finally got service and got the emails, we called but they’d already rebooked the room and couldn’t provide any alternatives.

location was within walking distance to downtown shops. Staff are friendly and open to answering questions. The bed could be bit firmer....

Located five minutes from the centre, clean rooms, helpful staff. The wifi occasionally goes down, but it is great when it works.

The location is good, Cleaning of the bathrooms, windows look like they need some painting, the corners in the ceiling need some cleaning, the shower also need some cleaning

Amazing and accommodating staff. Although it's not downtown, it only takes about 10 to get to the main square. Some humidity does linger in the room after a shower.

Very good

We made the mistake of coming to Zacatlan in winter. Nights are cold and there's no heating in the hotel (probably the case everywhere in Mexico anyway), so we had to sleep under two blankets and fully dressed. :)
-
location and staff would have appreciated black out curtains as it stayed light in the room!
-
Nothing Apparently it looked like a nice and clean place, but it was noisy, dirty and very uncomfortable.
-
gracious staff, easy on site parking

People are running around till very late. Yelling by the door. The walls and window are very thin and we couldn't fall asleep for long time, then we were waken up at 6:30 am by someone's phone alarm. Shower were bad. Water barely sprayed and temperature flactuates constantly

No everything was good

great property, excellent location, but most important was the people. Family- father, son and grandson were extremely nice, helpful and accommodating. They did absolutely amazing job to make us feel at home! we definitely will be back. And highly recommend this hotel. none

The staff was exceptionally helpful and offered me tips about places to visit, things to see and navigating around the area. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and just a short walk from the main square.

very clean and spacious room with beautiful interior design. Huge bed. Central sometimes huge noise outside the hotel also after 9pm. The staff is not prepared for non-Mexican tourists (ie they speak no English). I was told I was the only foreigner since ONE YEAR in this hotel :) The cleaning staff moved my stuff which I don't like, also they were washing the towel after just one use (unnecessary) and also taking away the toiletpaper from the mounting, why???
