nice newer apartment, clean, parking included. Very close to a really nice restaurant. Washing machine was not available on arrival, the hosts were using it to wash towels from other units.

Beautiful modern apartment with all amenities. Also had good instant coffee packets for a great cup of morning coffee

Impeccably clean and tastefully decorated. The Beds were very comfortable, The showers had plenty of hot water and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. It is an easy 1.5 kilometer walk into the old town and harbor, and a scenic hour drive from Pag or Sedanik or paklenica. There is a Tommy grocery store 400m away. the combo washer and dryer made it convenient to do our laundry. A broom would have been nice to have to pick up after ourselves.

Great communication from the host on how to enter building with keypad. Lovely facility, very clean, very modern, and extremely comfortable for two of us. Kitchen well stocked with anything we needed from coffee maker to electric kettle. Could've used a little help on where to park, as we didn't want to block anyone in/out.

Smjestaj je izuzetno prostran i cist te pored vrhunskih kuhinjskih elemenata posjeduje apart za kafu, smart tv sa netflixom, toster, mikrovalnu itd. Kreveti udobni a u toaletu vas doceka i vise nego dovoljno izvrsnih peskira, topla voda i samponi a nama je to znacilo jer smo zaglavili u putu i tek u 00h se uspjeli cekirat. Cekiranje je naravno elektronski i ovaj smjestaj preporucujem svima koji zele dozivjeti Zadar jer se nalazi u samom centru a nudi vise nego sto pise i obecava. Sve je bilo iznad ocekivanja i nema nista da navedem kao negativno.

It was neat, clean and very comfortable. We stayed at Unit 4. The washing machine was very loud and almost jumping on the floor and hitting side wall. We couldn’t do laundry , it was leaking from the bottom. So we urgently canceled the process and updated owner on the issue. They were not responsive, only said the guest didn’t complain. We didn’t understood who were they referring about: previous guests or guest who particularly used the laundry machine in Unit 4. It was way out noisy laundry machine in Unit 4. It definitely needs to be addressed, if there is washing machine and it’s expected to be used by guests.

The apartment is super clean and comfortable. It is located in the quiet area with free parking. Very handy to go anywhere if you have car. Hotel owner always responds immediately when we have questions. Highly recommend. Nothing
