Hotel Kolovare

A/c not too good, room carpet needs change is in bas shape.

Near beach Breakfast was ok. Not as expected

Beach is about a minute walk. Town center is about 20 mins walk from the hotel. AC does not work in the rooms, very uncomfortable to sleep, no fan available. Cool breeze from outside when the door is propped open but insects will come in. The staff accommodated early check ins of other people but not us for some reason.

Near from bus station and spacious hotel, modern beautiful. I got smell the toilet and some noise from pipe at middle of sleep.

I was only there for a day, so I didn’t get a chance to take advantage of the facilities. They all looked good. The room was great. No complaints. There was nothing that was not satisfactory.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the location excellent--close to the sea, and with a pleasant walk to the center of the city. The room was clean, but a little scuffed up. A big, convention-sized hotel, it feels impersonal. and sometimes noisy.

Very comfortable room within a fabulous hotel with a great breakfast and car parking. Options of pool and beach were much appreciated with the warm weather. Short walk to main attractions and beach bars and restaurants. Nothing

good hotel in Zadar

Room was spacious and clean with very nice bathroom.

The location is right next to the Kolovare beach, which is the most popular beach. So we could just walk and get there. The breakfast was great with many options, all of which were really good. There were always parking places. Hallway with the elevator on the ground floor had some kind of smell during our stay (which was peak season). Most of the parking places don't have any shade so you car is getting cooked. Not much else to complain about.

Last night there was some strange noise coming and going like an engine starting 4am so no sleep , other than that it was great.

Very nice hotel. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was good. Size with a nice view. The young marshal arts boys who ran thru the hall yelling at 3 am. Not hotels fault and I did not call front desk to take action. I’m sure they would have if I’d called.

Good location. Good swimming pool. Terribly hard beds. Breakfast was plentiful but of poor quality. Took forever to get a coffee and juice was undrinkable. No gym.

Nice, clean hotel. Rooms are very comfortable. Staff is very helpful Nothing. I would stay here again.

Staff,service and food was great The swimming pool erea is cozy and spacious. Close to the beach as well. Pillows and bed are to my liking. Balkony is good as size as well. There was a smell when we were entering our apartament Smelled like mold. Bathtub shower is tad bit small.

Parking/friendly staff The property is not a 4 star hotel . It had the feeling of a Motel 6 or like a long term low income apartment complex that you see in the movies. Match box size rooms Small beds Dirty carpets Dirty elevators No amenities in the room although I was asked if I used something from the mini bar ?(no coffe/tea machine , no water ?) The hotel was walking distance to the beach and old town but the area was filthy. They had shopping baskets, dirty laundry and dishes on all the floors we had the pleasure of being on. They had some plumbing issues Did not try the breakfast. Booking also overcharged for the room compared to what you would pay directly at the property.
