Location Strong smell from WC in the apartment

Humidity odour from the toilet probably, it stays in the room, even with the windows opened. The bathroom is between the bed and the window, so we can't see outside, when in the bed and it can be a reason of the odour when we enter and are in the room

Very nice room, spacious and modern with rustic decor, pleasantly surprised. Great location, next to the pedestrian bridge to the old town. There is a free parking next to it, if you manage to find a spot! No lift to reach the room with luggage. Breakfast was good but egg-based, not so much variation.

It was a very updated, clean room. Location was perfect. The air conditioner did not keep the room cool during the hottest days. The owner was quick to respond to our request to look at it but it just kept the room a warmish temperature. Not cool. A fan would have helped as well.

When i returned back i forgot to take the invoice with me, contacted them through booking platform and within 30minutes i had it in my email, excellent service! Nothing

WiFi didn’t work at all the entire time of my stay. Overhead shower wasn’t working.

We loved the location, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly, and the breakfast was tasty.

Fantastic location and newly renovated room. When the a/c wasn't cooling properly the owner did everything to make us comfortable and solve the issue. Breakfast lacked consistency - on one day the breakfast was pretty disappointing, and even though we hadn't complained, the next morning it was brilliant, as if from a different kitchen altogether!

Location was excellent. A short walk to the bridge and that takes you over to the old town. Terrace was spacious and nice to have some outdoor space. 2 flights of stairs but we managed ok as we knew there was no lift.

Good location and good staff The water didn’t work. Two days without a shower. No warning from the property. We complained the first day but still had no water the 2nd day. We contacted Booking.com and still haven’t heard back from them.

Nice little hotel, lovely room, comfy bed, super shower, and great location. Could do with more coat hooks and hangers.

Location Nothing

The room was very Nice and the location is perfect to visit the old town. The breakfast is a bit "light"you can chose one plate, the street (even with the window closed) below was a bit noisy at night

We loved the location and the room was very clean and cute. The air conditioning barely worked, the curtains are sheer and let lots of light in, the staff member who checked us in was not very helpful regarding parking / that’s how we found out there’s limited parking onsite both in spaces and times it’s actually “free”- not in line with the listing.

Location was very good. The staff was very friendly. The room was modern and had what is needed Small room, and the general facilities is a little worn out. Compared to the general status it is also a little expensive but as it is in a bigger city and well located it is an ok deal

Location, breakfast, staff. The rooms were not cleaned regularly, no sheets change.
