All staff was helpfull Breakfast was good. Power outages 3/4 time at night. In 5 stars hotel it can't hapend. Very far from catania .

Location is very good Indoor pool even though this should have been booked for our family and friends only we where very disappointed. Not hygienic as other peoples towels and cups were all over the place. Got stuck in the lift and the receptionist (male) wasn’t helpful. Instead of calming the situation as the female receptionist did a lot of drama was going on. Not good value for money, the hotel is not really a five star hotel. A lot of maintenance is required. When compared to local hotels in Malta this is a 3 star hotel.

There are nice views from the hotel and the room we were given was really spacious. The location was great if you are visiting the area for Etna. On the negative side, it was a very dirty hotel, which bothered us the most, a carpet out of the rooms that was never vacuumed, probably for a very very long time, it had dozens of insects killed everywhere on it and none bothered to clean throughout our stay. No coffee in the room, just 2 sachets of tea, and you had to pay for water. We stayed for 4 nights and they did not change our bedsheets once. The breakfast was poor, most of the mornings they were no other guests in the restaurant area. The only warm dish was eggs, and those you had to cook by yourself in a boiler. Lots of flies sitting on the cold cuts (meats and cheeses). This is definitely not a 5 star hotel, maybe a basic 3.

Room was comfortable and staff were friendly. Breakfast pastries were delicious. Kids hours at the pool area for children. No bar or restaurant in the hotel for during the day or early dinner. Hotel restaurant only opened at 8pm. :(

The accommodation is situated in a quiet place, with lovely views, a modern and relaxing environment. Pillows were too soft.
