Quick and clear instruction in a friendly mode. Well organised. Clean and tidy apartment No basic tools available (like glass, spoon, knife, ...) . The apartment shall not be called "Etna view" when you can see Etna only on a picture : )

The self-check-in process was easy, and the host provided all the necessary information, making our arrival smooth. The room was impeccably clean, and a thoughtful touch was the provision of coffee, water and sweets for the next morning. Unfortunately, the accommodation didn't offer a view of Etna, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, there was noticeable street noise at night, which slightly affected the overall experience.
