Excellent location right across from the Main Station. Although we arrived late at 11:30pm due to our train schedule, check‑in was smooth and welcoming, which was perfect after a very long ride. As first‑time visitors to Zagreb, we weren’t sure what to expect, but the area turned out to be very safe, convenient with plenty of great restaurants nearby. Specifically the Burger station was wonderful. The room was excellent — very clean, well maintained, and equipped with everything we needed without any unnecessary clutter. When we requested a kettle and an extra pillow, they were provided immediately. The delicious breakfast with a generous choice was also a great bonus, making it easy for us to grab a quick bite before heading out on our day trips. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stay that made our time in Zagreb enjoyable.

The breakfast was great, and they also provided a crib for our baby, so everything was comfortable and well organized. We were also pleasantly surprised by how peaceful the room was at night. Since the hotel is near Zagreb Glavni kolodvor and close to the trams, we expected more outside noise, especially because our room was on the first floor. However, we did not hear anything during the night and slept very well. Parking was also easier than expected. We parked in the nearby Petrinjska garage, which was only five minutes away, and it was convenient and less expensive than parking around the hotel. Overall, everything was very good and we were very satisfied with our stay. /

Paying for breakfast when your train leaves before the kitchen opens

Very centrally located next to the railway station, with only a short walk to the business district, restaurants, and the old town. Everything worked very well throughout my stay. The room had everything I needed and was clean and quite spacious. The bathroom had been refurbished and functioned perfectly. Extra points for the drawers under the sink, which provided plenty of space for toiletries. I also liked the public areas of the hotel. They were clean, spacious, and the staircase was particularly convenient. Breakfast was excellent: a wide selection and already available from 6 a.m. If your room faces the courtyard, there isn’t much to look at apart from some shelters and storage areas. There is also no in-room safe.

The breakfast was very good. The staff was very kind and courteous. The location is perfect. It is centralized and a walking distance from most places There's a taxi station right across the hotel and the central tram/train stations just a minute walk from the hotel. The elevator. It was operational at all times. However, since the hotel has only one elevator, it created long wait times when multiple people on multiple floors are all trying to use it at the same time. There were times I resulted to using the stairs since it was taking forever to reach my floor.

Location is awesome- just a few steps from the train station and max 10 min walk into main square where you have access to all public transport. Breakfast was good, although not many choices for a vegetarian. The staff was super helpful and the gentlemen at the front desk always smiled and gave great recommendations. Our second room (#118) was fine and a good size for 3 people traveling. We arrived late, closed to midnight and realized our room (#106) was tiny, the bathroom even smaller. You could step into the bathroom and that was it. The double bed's header was worn out, the room had no windows (which does show on some of the photos) but with the room size we felt like we were put into a basement closet. Next day the front desk assisted and put us into another room and it was fine. However, since the price is the same for these different rooms the value what you will get is definitely not the same. I recommend that the hotel either changes its pricing and offer a lower price for the small room or just make it a double room.

That the room was too hot! And the aircondition did not work in cooling mode. They said to me that I should open the window, which I did to being able to breathe and sleep:)
