My first stay at this hotel was an absolute delight, even for just a single night. The location is perfect, right in the city center and just steps away from the Old Town. The room was both spacious and comfortable, featuring a great view of the pedestrian zone. Breakfast was diverse, with very generous serving hours. The hotel staff were exceptionally warm, courteous, and helpful. As we arrived ahead of schedule, they kindly held our bags so we could immediately explore the city. The on-site parking within the pedestrian zone was incredibly convenient. A well-deserved 12/10! I highly recommend this hotel.

The Hotel is located is the best. When walking out, you will be in the middle of all the actions in the area. Many stores to shop at and restaurants. Couldn't ask for a better spot. Staff is friendly and responsive. The manager is awesome. We will be staying there again. Used the Parking Lot. Hard to find, only because no signs advertise the lot. I'm older so i was looking for a stand out sign saying Hotel Dubrovnik Parking or something and there was none. GPS took us there but we didn't suspect that the lot was the lot so we passed it a couplf times, and it is a very busy area so takes to time go around. After finding the Parking Lot, it was great with short walk to Hotel. The Hotel staff will help with luggage.

The location is very comfortable and near for everything They are no early check-in with extra charge, we arrived to hotel on 1 May around 3 am. (Morning) then we have to pay full amount to hold the hotel one day before on 30 April. We stay there 3 nights (4 days) the housekeeper give us free water only first day.

The room had an old world feel about it - like hotels of old elegance. It could use an update with some more electrical outlets. It seems none of these European hotels have any night light in the bathrooms. Zero light in the bathroom if one has to get up in the middle of the night
