The breakfast was good enough to choose from. The room was clean and spacious. I liked that the room was clean. I didn't find anything.

The hotel was very accommodating letting us park our car there for free after checkout. Located within a 10 minute walk of the tram, we saved a lot of hassle not having to drive into the city. Breakfast was outstanding with everything you could think of to eat. The staff went out of there way to be informative and served us with great food and service. The room was clean and comfortable with modern amenities. Quiet area that was safe. The air conditioning did not seem to work well but opening the windows solved the problem.

Hotel and room were modern and clean. The breakfast was great. Location is good; it's suburban enough to drive/park, but you can take a direct tram into the city. The surrounding neighborhood is mostly residential and quiet, but there are some food options. N/A

Excellent staff

Wonderful hotel with an excellent included breakfast! The room was cozy and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It’s just a short drive to Zagreb—highly recommend using Uber or Bolt for convenience. No complaints.

Modern and well-maintained, good size room with excellent bathroom and a few amenities,. including slippers. Very nice breakfast, included in the room price. Not much to complain about. There was a minor issue with the air conditioner but that was resolved quickly. The staff was very helpful with all requests and questions.

No Cupboards in the room, makes it difficult to stay for a few days as you will be living from your suitcase

The rooms are nice and breakfast is good. Honestly, the first time we stayed here we thought it was great. The staff was very nice and helpful but the second time we were very disappointed as the phone was not working, the Air conditioning didn't seem to be working, and the toilet was leaking. We mentioned it during the evening as it was so hot in the room and very frustrating because my husband had to put his clothes on to go downstairs to ask for an Iron since they don't keep them in the room and the phone wasn't working. Not once did they offer to change our room or anything.

We stayed at Hotel Jarun for one night in each direction during our road trip, and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The room was cozy, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable—just what we needed after a long drive. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with plenty of options to start the day right. The hotel is set in a peaceful neighborhood, and the free parking was a big plus. It truly offers excellent value for money, and we would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!

Clean room, very comfortable big bed, large bathroom, central air conditioning, good wifi, good and varied breakfast, parking on the street right next to the hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. There is a good tram connection to the center of Zagreb. Definitely recommended.

Good value over all. The Room temperature was a bit high the first night...good that the reception staff adjusted it after informing them .
