An extraordinary boutique hotel in Zagreb's historical upper town. Magnificently furnished and decorated. A very cosy lush garden for the warmer months of the year. The breakfast buffet was an experience in itself - manicured to perfection. Will definitely be back some day.

Everything was amazing! Great location, close to the city center but very quiet. Amazing design, comfortable, luxurious, great balcony to drink coffee or a beer. Great attentive service, wonderful rich breakfast. Would definitely come back if in Zagreb again! Nothing!

Very functional room and great decorations. The art through out tells the history of the city. The owner is very knowledgeable about the city and art. Breakfast is very well prepared with fresh ingredients. A delicious, nutritious and vegetarian friendly way to start your day. None.

Excellent It can not be better

Right in the old town. We took a room that was a penthouse with the bedrooms on a separate level. It was a bit warm up top and it was a nuisance to go down stairs during the night to use the toilet. And this was the most expensive room. But it was the only one available with a balcony and the balcony was really worth having.

A modern, very tasteful interior and clean hotel.room in a quiet neighborhood. Short walk to restaurants. The hotel has a nice outdoor sitting area in the back with a great view. Very nice breakfast buffet! Overall very impressed and pleased with the property.

This was probably the best room that we had on our three week Croatian vacation! Not only was everything good, but it exceeded our expectations! A well designed and tastefully decorated boutique hotel that was close to town, but not so close that it was noisy. Close to all sorts of restaurants and sights. Staff that went beyond the required welcome speech and actually helped you get oriented to the room. And a Breakfast that was both delicious, healthy and beautiful. What more could you want? We Loved it! Nothing.

The staff at HOH is very friendly, helpful and kind. The location of the hotel is great as well, quiet area of Zagreb, away from the touris hustle and bustle. Nothing, everything was stellar.

this is a beautiful l boutique hotel in a great location . walking distance to everything you would want to see. The staff are warm and welcoming Noah drove to the car park when we arrived at night to ensire he had no issues. The rooms are lovely and the bathrooms are large and well appointed. the King bed was very comfortable. The terrace is beautiful and the breakfast room light and airy. The breakfast was delightful everything you could ask for . If we return to Zagrab we would come back for sure. the room has a small desk and not alot of speace to put things

The property was in a very good location. Just a few minutes walk from the main town square in Zagreb. We heard it went through a five-year renovation and it was done to perfection. It was a beautiful and wonderful property! Breakfast was wonderful! Nothing! It was exceptional.
