Location and price It is not cozy

AC is minimal. WiFi in some rooms in disfunctional.

Location was very good The air conditioner wasn’t strong So the room was a little bit warm

Spacious, nice room. Good location. A/C can not handle the heat wave. We could not properly cool down our room the first night and windows don't fully open so we couldn't benefit from better night temperatures outside either.

The air conditioners do not work well. It was very hot outside and they didn’t cool the room properly. Some of the towels and sheets seemed very old.

Nothing Everything but the location. The air-conditioning doesn’t work in the rooms at all, and it was really warm. Every other guest I chatted with said the same. And to make it worse, the staff just completely make up ridiculous stories about why. Specific laws??? Reading other reviews this has been going on for four or five years. Pretty much the worst hotel I’ve been in in years.

מיקום מצויין קרוב למרכז העיר. חנייה מצויינת מתחת למלון (איפשרו לנו לחנות גם לאחר הצ'קאאוט). צוות המלון ובייחוד פקידות הקבלה היו אדיבות, מנומסות, שירותיות ונתנו עצות והסברים על המפה להיכן להגיע. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה נהדרת. החדר גדול ומרווח וגם השירותים. המזגן היה חלש ולא קירר מספיק (בחוץ שררה טמפרטורה של 36 מ"צ). חבל שלא היה קומקום חשמלי ואמצעים להכנת שתייה חמה.

We are there 3 nights and the first night the air conditioning did not work. The staff said they will adjust the settings. It still did not work. Finally on the last night we switched to a working AC room

The breakfast.

Great location with super convenient parking. New construction, and room had great blackout curtains. A wonderful large terrace off the room which our dog enjoyed! Large spacious bathroom and shower. All recently built. Hotel also near a nice park for walking the dog. Breakfast is just OK. Unfortunately, our children were put on the first floor next to a wedding. There was a slightly off smell in the area of our room next to the refrigerator.

AC could've worked better and parking should be free.

The Air conditioning in our room was poor then stopped working altogether. After repeated attempts with staff to fix we finally changed rooms.

The staff were great. They went above and beyond to resolve an issue with the air conditioning. We stayed for 4 nights. Unfortunately the AC on the first floor of the hotel where our room was, was not working properly. And on this floor the windows of the rooms don't open. However, we were allowed to sleep in a suite on the same floor which had doors that opened to a private terrace. This worked. And after that we were moved to a room on the 3rd floor which had great AC and also windows that opened onto a garden courtyard. Very lovely. The staff were really accommodating with all of this and worked hard to get a solution.

Great start, very helpful. Good room Internal corridors old and filthy. Beyond cleaning. Looks like the carpet is 50 years old, stained and in unacceptable condition. Breakfast very basic.

Everything was fine

Noisy at night and internet was spotty at best

PARKING THE RESTAURANT WAS NOT AVAILABLE FOR DINNER. DURING THE BREAKFAST THE STAFF URGED US TWICE TO LEAVE THE RESTAURANT BEFORE 10 O CLOCK. THE BEHAVIOUR WAS VERY RUDE .

The AC is not that great

Bad sound isolation, old rooms

It was quite noisy due to renovations at the bar in the same building, which would have been annoying if we had stayed longer. That’s the reason for a 9 out of 10 rating for comfort, while everything else was a clean 10.
