Large room and bathroom, clean and comfortable situated in the center of the town. Good breakfast, but with nothing fresh as an option (fruit or vegetable) Parking not near the hotel and really expensive ?

Perfect location to stay at lower town in Zagreb. Most of the places are within walking distance.

Comfortable Arrival was glitchy, but worked out fine.

What I liked was the simplicity of the process. Easy check in and I was in my room very quickly. It was very clean and decorated smartly.. It was a large room with lotsa of natural light, a large comfortable bed, room bathroom and modern key access card. Breakfast was a short walk and Nikola was the ultimate server with a great disposition offering fresh coffee, orange juice, and a tasty omelette.. Only the shower faucet had a little leak. No big deal.

Great location- can easily walk anywhere. Very clean and nice decor. Dining area was beautiful. Breakfast omelet was amazing!! There is muffled street noise but it was all part of the ambience.

The location and the ladies working in the morning during checkout. Breakfast was simple but ok and the breakfast room was nice. Where do I start? Probably from the PARKING SCAM - on Booking is advertised that nearby parking is 15€ per day with reservation; we arrived at 8 pm and were to check out the next morning at 8am, they said parking is 30€ as that is technically 2 days… excuse me?! We are staying one night but you want us to pay two days for parking which you falsely advertised?! It’s not about the money but the principle - so after driving all day we said we will not stay in their parking and pay 30 for what is advertised as 15 euros, so instead of going for dinner and relax, we had to walk again on a cold evening to the parking (cca 300m) take the car and park elsewhere (Langov trg garage is 15min walk and 13.30€ for 24hrs.). When we went to the parking to pick up the car since payment system is by entering your plate number, but since the reception cancelled our plate in the system before we could take the car out, we had to call the parking service and have them enter our plate again so we could pay and get out. All this ordeal took us like an hour and a half to sort out by which time most restaurants had kitchens closing and we had to settle for fast food, which is ok but we didn’t have that in mind initially. The room - the windows are old with nonexistent sound insulation so your sleeping is interrupted by cars and people passing on the street. The sink in the bathroom is clogged, you can’t even brush your teeth without filling it up with water. Out of 3 available pillows only one was good. The bed was good size but two single mattresses in the queen size frame make the annoying split in the middle, not fun for sleeping. The bathroom has only sliding glass door that wouldn’t stay closed and even then there is almost no privacy, so you hear everything the other person is doing there, you get the picture.

It is not a hotel it is a room in the second floor of an old apartment building. Apparently there are only total of three room available. Room feels old &stuffy with a some cat hair.

The location, friendliness of the staff, included breakfast, and general aesthetic of the room were fantastic! Our only real complaint is that our queen bed blanket was just two twin blankets, so sleeping under the same blanket was not really an option

Excellent location in lower town. Our room was comfortable and clean. Friendly staff provided a hearty breakfast each morning— delicious omelets!

Room was an easy walk to the city center. We felt safe walking in the town. Breakfast was tasty and the staff was friendly. Bathroom was very nice. Room is located upstairs and there is no elevator.
