A grand experience in a grand hotel! The room had really everything we needed, the bed was like a cloud, bathroom had selection of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, vanity kit and body lotion. The room looks regal, that it really felt like we travelled in time and had an experience of older times. Access to a beautiful spa with a garden was really worth it as well, especially after a couple of days hiking in the mountains. The staff was very friendly and professional. There was no a/c in the room and it was quite warm, we understand that this is a flaw of a historical building. Also the staff provided us with a portable fan, so no complaints there, just a note.

A fantastic hotel, class and comfort at the right level. The history of the building shows at every corner. Location is perfect too, close to the train.

The spa facilities were amazing. The staff was incredibly helpful recommending excursions for our days. And the restaurant was excellent!

There seemed to have been a misunderstanding between Booking.con & the hotel, but the hotel made an accommodation. Nothing. It was excellent.

Their restaurant and breakfast Once again we cannot get a decent room using BOOKING. Rooms on the 4th floor do not have balconies.

This really is a beautiful place to stay, it's classy. Staff is great, spa facilities are great, food is great, location is great - you can tell they take pride in the establishment. I cannot understand why there is an extra (small) fee for parking, it seems petty. Just add it to the price of the room.

Excellent breakfast, close to Zakopane train station, beautiful and well-maintained building. For travelers with toddlers - a clean and well-maintained playground. Additionally, we had to catch an early train and were going to miss breakfast, but the hotel staff kindly prepared lunch boxes for us to take on our journey. They included sandwiches, fruit, drinks, and snacks - which was very thoughtful and much appreciated. At first, I was given a room that didn’t meet expectations - it was a small, stuffy attic room on the top floor. However, as soon as I raised the issue, the staff were very helpful and quickly moved me to a larger, more comfortable room. I really appreciated their responsiveness and willingness to help - so in the end, it turned out to be a positive experience! ?
